Internet Marketing Strategies For Explosive Network Marketing Online- Part 1: Residual Income & Solving Cash Flow Problems

I am an Online Marketing Consultant who specializes in helping any network marketer, marketing any network marketing company, to succeed and allow them to climb to the top of whatever company or business they are marketing.

I've put together for you a short 5 article mini-series that is going to explain to you the top 5 internet marketing strategies that will allow you and any other serious network marketer to climb to the top of your business and join the ranks of the top earners across the industry.

In my first article, I am going to start with discussing residual income & solving cashflow problems.

Residual income is key to wealth building, and network marketing is an excellent tool for this, as financial experts like Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad) will tell you. You work hard at something for a while now, so that tomorrow you will be getting constant income from the efforts you are putting in today.

The idea of residual income is the most appealing thing about network marketing.

People like you and me come to the network marketing industry so we can ideally build a business and work like crazy for 5 years or so, and walk away with a 5 figure residual income check every single month for the rest of our lives.

I want to to show you how to do that in the most effective way possible. I want to show you the kind of program and strategies you should have in place if you are serious about attaining that type of residual income for years and years to come.

Did you know for those who really want to work at this business, 95% of all people who stay with their network marketing company for 10 years will reach the highest level of their company’s compensation plan, which is usually at least $500,000 annually?

Unfortunately, the number one reason why most people fail at network marketing is that they run out of money before their residual network marketing income begins to really kick in.

So, the question is, how to you get to the point where you can live off of or retire on your network marketing company's residual income compensation.

I don't know any business that can survive without solid cash flow coming back in. If you don't have that, you are out of business.

So, to survive in network marketing, you need is to have a cash flow program in place that is going to quickly pay you hundreds or thousands of dollars each and every week.

This is the upfront cash flow that is going to start allowing you to make some serious money.

Money that you can throw right back into your business so you can start creating that huge huge empire that you are here to build if you are serious about network marketing.

You can't wait for that small residual check to show up next month. You need to be online marketing, and having the cash flow coming in today so you can pay the bills, put food on the table, pay the mortgage, and most importantly so you can build your business.

You got to have cash flow coming in now.

Unless you market in this fashion you will go broke long before you collect those serious residual checks years down the line.

And I have some ideas for you. I want to give you access to the most powerful cash flow program for network marketers on the planet. What I’m offering here isn’t optional, its essential if you’re serious about this industry and your business.

I’ll give you more information in Part 2 of my Internet Marketing Strategy for Explosive Network Marketing Online series-- Lead Generation & List building.

What is Internet Marketing

Since I sold my last business in 2004 I have been trying
hard to make a living online. Most of my neighbors knew what
my last business was as it was very obvious from the garage
full of soda, water, snacks and vending machines. When I say
garage full I am talking about maybe 1000 to 1500 cases at
least. Yes, I was a vendor and I did this for about 8 years.
8 years of people complaining about out of date soda, warm
candy bars and dimes stuck in the machines. 8 years of
40 foot Pepsi and Coke trucks coming up to my driveway and
unloading materials.

8 years of counting coins and dollar
bills every day. Had it not been for the recession, 9-11 and
the dotcom bust I would probably have grown to where I hired
a few workers and I would still be doing it.

However things did slow down and besides, I was looking for
something with less headaches and had more of an upside.

Now my neighbors wonder what the heck I do. They see me stay
inside my house all day long and when I do come outside I am
in a robe, shorts or tee shirt and jeans. They ask me what I
am doing and I say I am doing some "internet marketing.

"
They just kind of look puzzled and don't say much else.
Nothing like " Oh. My son is doing that also" Or I know a
friend I who is an internet marketer and they are making
tons of money" Nothing like that.

So at times I try to explain and that is what I will do
now.

Internet marketing is very simply making money from the
internet. You may say "Duh. What a genious" but the thing
is, it has to be described in that broad of a sense because
there are so many types of internet marketing. Here are a
few different ways to make money online that I have
discovered:

1.

Affiliate programs.

Affilaite means you sell other people's and companies
products and you get a commission. Many huge companies
around the world use the affiliate system to sell their
products such as Yahoo, Microsoft, Macys, AT&T, Walmart,
Blockbuster, etc...The products that can be sold from
affiliate sites are never ending. I honestly can't think of
a product that can't be sold through an affiliate program.
Here is a short list of some of the products I can sell
through various affiliate programs: e-books, solar panels,
books, magazines, homes, mortgages, wart remoaval medicine,
hypnosis tapes, leads, movies, car insurance, anti theft
devices for cars, self improvement courses and the list goes
on and on.

As an affiliate you sometimes are able to have other
affilaites join under you and you also get a percentage of
their sales. The typical affiliate commission structure is
for the affiliate to be paid a higher percentage on their
direct sales, say 50%, and then a lower percentage on the
sales of those affiliates they sign up, maybe 10 to 20%
commissions. Usually what we consider affiliate programs are
limited to two levels. Most affiliate programs are free to
join.

Many of the top internet marketers used affiliate programs
to get started in their carreer.

2. Network Marketing.

Network Marketing is simular to affiliate programs except
they go more than two levels deep. They can go unlimited
levels even. What this does is create great leverage so that
you can possibly make huge amounts of money if you get an
organization of thousands of members. There are different
government rules for network marketing businesses, or MLMs,
than for the typical two tier affiliate program. Network
marketing has been around for about 50 years, way before the
internet started.

However the internet has proven to be a
great way to promote network marketing companies.

3. Selling your own products and/or on your own website.

Having your own products and/or services with your own
website is of course a great way to make money. There have
been constant improvements to doing this and additional ways
to make money this way. One addional way to now make extra
income from your own website is by using Google adsense.
these are ads from Google's customers who pay by the click
to advertise on other people's websites.

This can make a
good income for the website owners but you need traffic to
the sites to make money this way. You can also have links to
affiliate sites on your own website. Or sell advertising
directly to other website owners.

Here is an example of a website with Google adsense ads and
also some affiliate programs.

4. Blogs

A web log is called a blog. This is a way to instantly
publish any information online. There are 9 million blogs
out there, with 40,000 new ones popping up each day.

Amazing. A blog can be set up quickly at no cost at
blogger.com, a site owned by google. Anything that can be
sold on a website can also be sold on a blog so many people
are using blogs instead of websites.

Here is an example of one of my blogs.

Mortgage Seo Is Not Mortgage Lead Generation

Advanced Summary: In this article, I'll explain an important distinction that is often "blurred" in the minds of many mortgage professionals who use the Internet for mortgage marketing purposes. As the title suggests, that distinction is between mortgage SEO (search engine optimization) and mortgage lead generation.

About once a week, I receive a phone call from a potential client asking about my search engine optimization (SEO) services.

At some point, the caller will say something like, "I need search engine optimization because my website does not generate leads."

This is usually when I pause for a brief "lecture" on the difference between SEO and lead generation. The purpose of mortgage SEO is to generate web traffic. That's it. If you were under the impression that mortgage SEO generated leads as well, then I'm sorry to disappoint you

Of course, this doesn't mean that a good mortgage SEO program cannot help you generate leads.

It can surely help you with the lead-generation cause, but only by providing you with traffic from which to generate those leads. In order to realize the full lead-producing potential of your mortgage website, you have to combine SEO with an effective lead-generation program.

If you increase the amount of traffic to a mortgage website with no lead-generation techniques in use, you will more traffic but still no leads. On the other hand, if you increase the amount of traffic to a mortgage website with effective lead generation, the increased traffic will directly correspond to increased leads and inquiries.

Or to state it mathematically:

* False: Web traffic = web leads

* True: Web traffic + lead generation = web leads

Web Traffic is Only an Opportunity

To further clarify the distinction between mortgage SEO, website traffic and lead generation, I often use the analogy of a lemonade stand.

For the sake of this analogy, let's pretend you have set up a lemonade stand beside a busy highway. The problem is, your lemonade stand is situated on a narrow shoulder of the road where cars cannot pull over.

You can imagine the result. Cars whiz by you all day long, but none of them stop. So here you have an endless supply of traffic that you are not capitalizing on. As a result, your lemonade stand is a failure. The traffic is right in front of you, but it might as well be a million miles away.

Now convert that lemonade stand to your mortgage website, and convert the vehicle traffic into web traffic, and you will see my point. Opportunity only favors those who capitalize on it. If your mortgage website has plenty of traffic but does poorly in the lead-generation department, then most of your web traffic will pass right by .

.. like those cars passing the lemonade stand.

Mortgage SEO is a traffic generator. Mortgage lead generation is a lead generator. Though they work together, they are two separate things.

Inexpensive Internet Advertising For The Real Estate Industry

Most real estate agents and mortgage brokers have heard the stories of how some of their contemporaries are making a fortune from generate leads and eventually sales produced by internet traffic. Maybe at one point or another you (agent or broker) have wanted to get involved in the internet marketing arena, but had no idea where to start. Possibly you went as far as having your friends niece design you a website…now what?

Many people are so confused about marketing their site and the fear of being ripped off that they never really do much with their site.

This is equivalent to having thousands of brochures or promotional materials created and spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on the design and creation, and then never sending them out. In its simplest form a website is just another promotional material just in a non-traditional format from print.

Your website is an interactive ad you have created, internet marketing is the distribution of advertisement (your website). Is there a point to spend time and money on an ad that hardly anyone will see?

I'm sure this is not the first time you have heard this or come to this realization.

So, now the question becomes what are some viable options to promote my website and my service? There are many ways to promote a website, but most are expensive. Whether this is an expense of your time through doing research and implementation of your learned techniques, or paying a search engine marketing professional to do this for you, it will cost you. This can be a profitable endeavor, but it can be costly and may take up to 6 months to receive any relevant performance depending on a variety of factors that we won't go into today.

So what should real estate agents do to begin gaining internet traffic that can expand their client base and increase their sales?

There are several options that will work if an agent or mortgage broker is willing to spend a fair budget on marketing themselves online, or willing to wait for their organic search engine rankings to take hold. Even if you are incorporating traditional internet marketing techniques there are several inexpensive methods to further expand your ability to market yourself online to potential clients.

Here are 3 quick and easy options that will jump-start your real estate related marketing within a month! Even if you currently have a good website and are utilizing search engine optimization techniques, these methods can still be valuable tools to improve your visibility and enhance your internet marketing.

1. Craigslist.com - If you're a real estate agent and you haven't discovered Craigslist, you are way behind the curve. Craigslist is a quick, easy and effective way to advertise your listings, your website, and business.

Agents can post on a very regular basis for free, which includes free hosting for the property photos, inclusion of links to your website.

Another valuable aspect about using Craigslist is that your listing will more than likely get picked up by the search engines, and many other sites use postings in Craigslist to populate data for their sites such as HousingMaps.com. In less than 10 minutes you can get hundreds to thousands of prospective clients to view your listing, see all of your contact information, have you ad go out on many other websites and get another page indexed in the search engines, and it doesn't cost you a dime!

2.

MyLocalProfile.com - MyLocalProfile is a fairly new product that leverages the power of several prominent data providers that the major search engines use to backfill the their local listing information on their regular search results, and on their local search listings. MylocalProfile gives any company or business that has a physical location to create and control the information that is listed in the search engines pertaining to their business. This powerful tool gives companies the ability to update and change items such as their address, phone number, website address, company products, and many other listed items from one central profile.

Another great feature about MyLocalProfile is that it creates a basic website that provides all their pertinent information. This is a valuable asset to local businesses that are not really in need of a fully functioning website such as a neighborhood coffeehouse to a local hardware store.

3. Real Estate Directories - Many real estate professionals may be unaware of this, but there are thousands of directories that will list your site absolutely free. This is beneficial for several reasons, most notably free traffic to your website, and increased links to your site (this is one element that can improve your search engine rankings).

Taking this a step further there are a decent amount of directories that are specialized towards the real estate industry only. Most of real estate directories are free or less than 20 bucks to have your site listed. Just go to the search engine of your choice and search for "real estate directories" and you will get a clearer picture of this opportunity.

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your internet traffic. The opportunities I've laid out are quick, effective, and moreover inexpensive methods of driving traffic to your site.

Spend even 1 hour a week implementing these quick results strategies and you'll see viable results without committing thousands of dollars towards a seo campaign, or tens of hours trying to learn and optimize your site on your own. Even if you are implementing a search engine optimization campaign utilizing the above-mentioned techniques will still benefit your hunt to gain traffic quickly as your seo campaign develops.
